- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll chicken in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Spray chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
