Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat fish fillets with olive oil, then dredge in the cornmeal mixture.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Warm corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Top with sour cream or yogurt and a squeeze of lime.
