Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into even pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
