  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onion in the slow cooker.
  2. Rub brisket with garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, and thyme.
  3. Place brisket on top of the onions.
  4. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
  6. Remove brisket and let it rest before slicing.
