Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Place sliced onion in the slow cooker.
- Rub brisket with garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, and thyme.
- Place brisket on top of the onions.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove brisket and let it rest before slicing.

- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
