Description

A delicious berry trifle layered with mascarpone cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the berries.
  2. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer ladyfingers at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the ladyfingers.
  6. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone whip over the berries.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mascarpone on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
