- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, water, yogurt, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add the rice flour mixture to the pan and cook until it thickens.
- Add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.

- Serve with chutney or yogurt.
- Adjust water for desired consistency.
- Use non-stick pan for easy cooking.
