Ingredients

- 4 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the mixed fruit by washing and cutting if necessary.
- Toast the whole grain slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and granola.
- In a pan, heat butter and fry the eggs to your liking.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Serve the fruit, toast, yogurt, and eggs together on a plate.
