A simple and delicious recipe for Brussels sprouts cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss until Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.

- For extra crunch, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
