- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the ball in chopped pecans to coat.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
