- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir in corn and black beans.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
