- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
