Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour and salt.
- Make a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil.
- Mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Store unused dough in the fridge.
- Use a pasta machine for even thickness.
