Ingredients

- 1 pound of lean chicken breast

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Place chicken and vegetables on the grill.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with fresh basil on top.

- Feel free to substitute any vegetables you prefer.
