- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook chicken breasts over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning, cook until spinach wilts.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
