- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of mushroom soup to the beef. Mix well.
- Pour the beef mixture into an 8×8 baking dish.
- Spread tater tots evenly on top of the beef mixture.
- Pour milk over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like green beans or corn for extra nutrition.
- Use a different type of cheese if preferred.
