- 2 lbs pork belly
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly in a crosshatch pattern.
- Rub salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika all over the pork belly.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
