- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
