- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Provolone cheese, optional
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it with a fork.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
- Serve the beef on sandwich rolls and add cheese if desired.

- You can add your favorite toppings like pickles or peppers.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
