Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the whipped cream.
- Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- You can substitute with other berries if desired.
