- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Stir until well combined.
- In an 8×8 baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with tater tots in a single layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
