Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: chopped nuts or raisins for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter. Toss until the apples are well coated.
  3. Place the apple mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the apples are tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Serve warm, topped with nuts or raisins if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • For a more decadent treat, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
