These delicious and healthy Air Fryer Banana Oat Cookies are easy to make and perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go. Made with ripe bananas and oats, they are naturally sweetened and packed with flavor.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using) to the banana mixture. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cookie dough onto a piece of parchment paper or directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave some space between each cookie.
- Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and set.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
