  • 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Add the marinated beef to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. While the beef is cooking, steam or blanch the broccoli until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and toss gently with the beef.
  7. Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
