A quick and easy recipe for Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli that delivers delicious flavors with tender beef and crisp broccoli, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions, sliced for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the marinated beef to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the beef is cooking, steam or blanch the broccoli until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and toss gently with the beef.
- Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Make sure to cut the beef against the grain for tenderness.
- You can substitute the flank steak with sirloin or any other cut of beef you prefer.
