- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
- Burger buns and toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup (if using).
- Mix the ingredients gently until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the burger patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
