  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed beef, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
