Juicy and flavorful beef kebabs cooked to perfection in the air fryer, served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed beef, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Once the kebabs are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the beef kebabs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
