Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  2. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into oval-shaped kofta, about 4 inches long.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the kofta in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and browned.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
