  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice or lettuce for base
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning according to the package instructions. If needed, add a little water to help combine.
  4. While the beef is cooking, prepare your bowls by adding a base of cooked rice or shredded lettuce to each bowl.
  5. Once the beef is seasoned, use the air fryer to crisp up the beef. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and add the seasoned beef. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
  6. Remove the beef from the air fryer and assemble the taco bowls: top the rice or lettuce with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and the crispy beef.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then add sour cream, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
