- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, make sure they are not overcrowded in the air fryer basket.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste! Try adding lemon zest or a sprinkle of smoked paprika for different flavors.
