  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
