Description
Juicy and delicious air fryer burger patties made with simple ingredients in less time.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Burger buns and toppings of your choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Brush the patties lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there’s space between each patty.
- Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (160°F/71°C for medium).
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the patties on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some grated cheese or fresh herbs into the beef mixture.
- Adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the patties and your air fryer model.
- You can also add a slice of cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking for melted cheese.
