Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the butter garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
