A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked salmon fillets with a delicious butter garlic sauce, made in the air fryer.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the butter garlic mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
