  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add the water to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray the cauliflower with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
