- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the water to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the cauliflower with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
