  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Spray both sides of the cutlets with olive oil spray.
  6. Place the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
