- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2, sliced Bell peppers (any color)
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- to taste Salt
- 1 Lime, for serving
- 6 Tortillas, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
