- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
