Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut and panko mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
