Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil.
  4. Dip each cod fillet into the lemon mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
