- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil.
- Dip each cod fillet into the lemon mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
