Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Air fry the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
