These Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts are perfectly roasted, deliciously crispy, and incredibly easy to make in just a few minutes! A great side dish for any meal.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is small.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
