Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is small.
  4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
