- 2 Duck breasts (Boneless, skin-on)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper (Freshly ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Thyme (Dried or fresh)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil (For brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
- Rub the duck breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme, ensuring the seasoning is well distributed.
- Brush the skin side of the duck breasts with olive oil.
- Place the duck breasts skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the duck breasts and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove the duck from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can cook the duck breasts skin-side down for the first half of the cooking time.
- Adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness: 125°F (52°C) for rare, 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, and 145°F (63°C) for medium.
