Description
This crispy tofu is perfectly seasoned and air-fried to golden perfection, tossed in a delicious sesame sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes or triangles, depending on your preference.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the tofu and toss with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the air fryer for a complete dish.
