These air fryer donuts are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make. With a light glaze and customizable toppings, they are perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat any time of day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup (for glaze) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons (for glaze) water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Use a donut cutter to cut out donuts and holes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the donuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with water to create a glaze. Adjust the consistency with more sugar or water as needed.
- Dip the tops of the donuts in the glaze and let set on a wire rack. Add sprinkles or toppings if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious air fryer donuts!
Notes
- You can use different flavored extracts in the batter for variation.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for extra texture.
- Store leftover donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
