Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner facing you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef and cabbage mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  8. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with cooked tofu or mushrooms.
