- 1 pound white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each fish fillet first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on the tortillas, topping with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
- Drizzle with the sour cream sauce and serve with lime wedges.

- Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking.
- For extra flavor, marinate the fish in lime juice for 30 minutes before breading.
