Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they’re well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
