- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss until the asparagus is evenly coated.
- Place the asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove the asparagus from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
