This Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Cauliflower is a deliciously spicy and sweet dish that is easy to make and perfect as a side or snack.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the honey sriracha mixture.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
- For extra crunch, you can coat the cauliflower in breadcrumbs before air frying.
