Description

This Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Cauliflower is a deliciously spicy and sweet dish that is easy to make and perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the honey sriracha mixture.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
