A quick and easy recipe for tender tilapia fillets seasoned with lemon and herbs, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the tilapia from the marinade and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Discard the marinade.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- You can substitute tilapia with any white fish of your choice.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For a little kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
