  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin side down. Make sure they are not overcrowded and have space for air to circulate.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken thighs halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes, but keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add more lemon pepper if you like a stronger flavor.
