- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape that fits your air fryer basket.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and brush the top with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
