  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape that fits your air fryer basket.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and brush the top with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
