- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 mini slider buns
- Cheddar cheese slices (optional)
- Pickles, lettuce, and tomato for toppings (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and assemble them on the mini slider buns with your choice of toppings.
