Description

Juicy mini beef sliders made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for parties or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • Cheddar cheese slices (optional)
  • Pickles, lettuce, and tomato for toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  8. Remove the patties from the air fryer and assemble them on the mini slider buns with your choice of toppings.
